Enter Grid Kids Duathlon
Grid Kids Duathlon consists of a run followed by a bike. It is open to kids aged 6 to 13 years with achievable distances for all abilities.
The emphasis is on participation in an environment where kids are supported by their peers, family and inspirational motorsport drivers.
Grid Kids aim to deliver a fun, safe event that allows kids to take part in physical exercise while including them as part of the action at motor race events.
Please note online entries for Manfeild have now closed - you can still enter on Friday 10 February from 6:30pm-7:30pm at Manfeild Park Raceway.
Entry Fees
Individual $25.00
Teams $22.50 per team member (one person runs and one person bikes)
Family Entry $22.50 per person (for two family members)
$20.00 per person (for three family members)
Race Packs
Kids entering will receive:
- An event t-shirt
- A race number
- A medal and certificate
- Free entry to the motor racing plus two free adult tickets!
and will also:
- Go into the draw to win some fantastic spot prizes
- Meet New Zealand's top drivers and have the chance for autographs
Suzuki Early Bird Entry
If you enter by the Suzuki early bird cut off date for your event you will receive a FREE SUZUKI CAP and go in the draw to win a ride to school with Jamie Gaskin in his Suzuki race car! Entry cut off dates for each race are below:
- 9pm - 30 October 2011 - Pukekohe
- 5pm - 4 January 2012 - Invercargill (Suzuki ride will happen at the Race Track due to school holidays)
- 5pm - 11 January 2012 - Timaru (ride to school draw closes on 12 December due to school holidays)
- 5pm - 1 February 2012 - Feilding
- 5pm - 29 February 2012 - Taupo
